Honest and trustworthy. Good practice and policies. Inspections come with detailed lists of whats wrong and why, including pictures and video of the issue so there is no uncertainty of where your money is going. Staff are friendly and helpful. They will explain what is needed for your vehicle, what is helpful for your vehicle but optional, and do not try to upsell you. The best experience with a garage that I have ever had.

Absolutely wonderful experience. They were quick to take my vehicle in and quick to do the work. Very friendly staff with great communication, and I love that they send pictures and videos with information as to what's going on. I was also able to pickup my car after hours thanks to their key drop box system, which was very easy to use. I couldn't recommend this place enough! Will definitely be back in the future.

I was super anxious before making my appointment because anything to do with car repair makes me nervous and wow! From the easy online booking, to the friendly staff at the main desk, the process of the assessment, to pick up was all amazing. I love the text message notification to the online assessment. They give descriptions of the problems (with pictures!) and options to think about before they call to find out what you want to do. Definitely going back for future car needs and giving positive thoughts to other people who need this kind of service.

Detailed description of the recommended services and the services performed along with the pictures makes them very transparent and reliable. I never had to worry about extra costs I would incur because anything extra that needs to be done is always confirmed via a call or an email before it is actually done. They have pretty much become the goto people for all my car troubles.

Long time customer. I trust this place to troubleshoot and fix pretty much everything with our 11 year old vehicle. This time it was something that broke and the vehicle could not be driven. Had vehicle towed to garage. Issue diagnosed and quote provided very quickly. Work completed with excellent turn around time. Very pleased with service.

I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Roy Rump & Sons. Tamara, who serviced our vehicle, went above and beyond by getting our Ford Escape in early, calling the manufacturer, dealership, and our 3rd party warranty provider to ensure that any unexpected costs would be covered when fixing our engine. The diagnostic cost was also much more affordable than I expected. If you want a mechanic you can trust, I highly suggest Roy Rump & Sons.
